Notices provided with **less than 24 hours** lead time, or failure to attend the scheduled session, are typically **non‑refundable** because that specific time was reserved for you. **Service Commitment** In the event that I must cancel your session for any reason, you will be offered an immediate **full refund** or the option for priority **rescheduling**. **External Service Disclaimer** These refund terms apply only to my advisory fees. I have no control over, and am not responsible for, the billing, technical performance, or policies of external platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+.
